Quotes and pricing

Quotes given by phone are indicative. A confirmed price will be agreed on-site before any work begins. Prices may vary depending on lock type, parts, access difficulty, time of day and complexity.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of work unless agreed otherwise in writing. Card payments accepted (editable placeholder — confirm).

Warranty

Selected parts and workmanship may be covered by a limited warranty — terms vary by job. The 1 Year Warranty shown on this site is an editable placeholder and applies only where confirmed in writing.

Damage

We aim to use non-destructive entry wherever possible. Where a lock must be drilled (e.g. mechanical failure), the customer authorises this before work begins.

Cancellations

Please call as soon as possible if you no longer require a booked attendance.
